Our range of resources include up to date statistics about the sector and

Understanding and using food labels
This teaching resource helps educators and students understand how to
read food labels and make informed and educated food choices. This includes the
information that
legally needs to be on a food label and the 14 food and substances that
commonly
cause allergic
reactions.
